I started off at eBay designing for sellers. Listing flows, store design, all that sort of thing.

Alongside all of that, I worked on an ill-fated product called Thingzie—it tracked the timelines of products, and was a very interesting concept. But nobody used it. I did the visual design and overall brand.

Nowadays, I’ve moved away from the visual stuff and heavily into the overall UX, and my focus is on returns. This is where my mission to stop people pulling out their hair really comes into play. I’ve been lucky enough to lead a full redesign of the user experience. I did strategy, I did nuts and bolts design. All of it!
